Introduction

1、Product  advantage

High-purity magnesium hydroxide uses magnesium chloride as raw material and adopts the brine-ammonia-lime combined method MgCl2+2NH3·H2O→Mg(OH)2↓+2NH4Cl to produce high-purity magnesium hydroxide, which is characterized by high purity, good whiteness, few impurities and uniform particle size distribution.

The modified magnesium hydroxide is benchmarked against internationally renowned brands such as Martin of Germany 、America、and Japan, with a high oxygen index. MDH with a special crystal structure has the characteristics of improving compatibility with polymers, increasing powder filling amount, reducing viscosity and increasing melt index, and improving the tensile, bending, impact and other properties of the product.

 3、Applications

The modified magnesium hydroxide can be better used in low-smoke halogen-free cables, heat shrink tubing, rubber and plastic elastomer flame retardant, excellent flame retardant and smoke suppressant for polymer materials such as plastics and rubber. It can be widely used in chemical, metallurgy, building materials, plastics, rubber, electronics, ceramics, as well as medicine, food and other industries.

4、Package and Transportation

1) Protect from moisture during storage and transportation of the product.

2) The product is lined with a plastic bag, and the outer layer is double-packed in a plastic woven film bag, 25 kg/bag, 600-800Kg/big bag
