1、Introduction of Char-forming Agent

The CT-01 type char-forming agent developed by Weifang Wanfeng Technology is a composite product mainly composed of specially treated nano-sheet layered materials, which can promote the formation of charcoal of polymer, suppress smoke, resist dripping, and inhibit ember burning. The char-forming agent can be used in conjunction with flameretardants such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide to form a coke layer on the surface of the burned polymer to isolate the air, prevent heat transfer, and enhance the flameretardant level.

· Suggested dosage: 1.5～2.5% (accounting for the total weight of the formula)

. The particles of this product are of nanometer level, and it has the best dispersion effect in the polymer when it is used as a secondary dispersion (made into a master batch)

· Increasing the additive amount in an appropriate amount can enhance the flameretardant effect, but it will affect the melt index. It is recommended that the addition amount does not exceed 2.5%. This additive can increase the strength of the composite material, but slightly reduce the elongation. Please pay attention to the formulation adjustment during use.

Suitable for PVC, polyolefin, nylon, epoxy resin, polyester, thermoplastic elastomer and rubber systems.

1. Protect from moisture during storage and transportation of the product.

2. The product is lined with a plastic bag, and the outer layer is double-packed in a plastic woven film bag, 25 kg/bag.
